2.1 The Agency utilizes the Travefy Platform for itinerary planning, advisory services, and client communication.
2.2 All bookings (flights, accommodations, tours, etc.) are facilitated directly with Suppliers, not through Travefy.
2.3 The Agency acts solely as an intermediary between the Client and Suppliers.
3.1 By engaging the Agency’s services, the Client expressly authorizes:
3.2 Written authorization (via email, SMS, or digital form) is mandatory for all transactions.
4.1 Deposits: Non-refundable deposits (minimum 30% of total cost) are required to initiate bookings.
4.2 Payment Schedule: Full payment must be completed 45 days prior to departure, unless otherwise specified.
4.3 Third-Party Charges: All fees (e.g., platform commissions, currency conversion) are borne by the Client.

6.1 The Agency may share Client data (e.g., passport details, payment info) with Suppliers and the Travefy Platform solely for booking purposes.
