Starting April 7th, the hotel’s restaurant Blossom becomes Maison Blossom, a new gastronomic destination. Designed like a Parisian home, the space blends tradition and modernity in a luminous setting opening onto a winter garden and peaceful patio. The menu highlights seasonal ingredients and pays tribute to the great classics of French cuisine, reinterpreted with finesse and simplicity. It’s an invitation to savour essentials, in a setting that is both elegant and convivial.
Bar du Faubourg is a chic and relaxed space that pays tribute to Parisian style. A favorite among locals and visitors alike, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy cocktails, tapas, tea time or a light lunch throughout the day. Its terraces open onto Rue Boissy d’Anglas—a semi-pedestrian street lined with luxury boutiques—offering a front-row seat to the vibrant rhythm of the neighborhood.
