We act as a booking agent. Confirming a booking means you accept this policy.
All Alp Travel Co. service fees — covering research, consultation, planning, and administration — are non-refundable in all circumstances.
Each booking follows the individual cancellation and refund policy of the relevant supplier. Many airline fares and hotel rates are 100% non-refundable and non-changeable from the moment of booking. We confirm the applicable terms with you before you pay.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to hello@alptravel.co. We acknowledge and begin processing cancellations within 2 business days of receiving written notice.
Any refund from a supplier is passed to you after the supplier remits the funds to us. Suppliers typically take 8–12 weeks to process refunds; in some cases this may be longer. We have no ability to expedite supplier timelines, but we will follow up on your behalf.
Changes to confirmed bookings — dates, passenger names, services, or routing — are treated as a cancellation and re-booking. Supplier change fees apply, plus our standard administration fee of ₹1,500 per passenger per booking file.
Unused services — including flights, hotel nights, transfers, and activities — receive no refund.
In the event of force majeure — pandemics, natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or other events beyond reasonable control — refunds are subject entirely to the discretion of the relevant suppliers. We will advocate on your behalf but cannot guarantee any particular outcome.
