CERRETTO LANGHE, PIEDMONT, ITALY

Overview

Wake up surrounded by Piedmont’s rolling hills and breathtaking views at Casa di Langa. Perfectly located in the hamlet between the Barolo, Barbaresco and Alta Langa wine-making regions, our property is more than a luxury hotel: it’s a sustainable experience constructed with local materials and inspired by traditional architecture.

Here you can spend your time wandering our 42 hectares of working vineyards and natural landscape, or venture out to explore the neighboring UNESCO World Heritage designated area, home to some of the finest wines and white truffles in the world.

Indulge in the best of Piedmont’s cuisine at our restaurant, Fàula, where each dish is based on local ingredients, with great care and attention paid to sustainable agriculture and conservation practices. An internationally focused wine list features unique local selections too, including rare bottles from our sister wineries, Vietti and Enrico Serafino.

A stay at Casa di Langa is also an opportunity to learn new skills at our traditionally minded cooking school or to experience a wine tasting led by our wine experts. Or just relax with an all-natural treatment at Lelòse Spa & Wellness.

Our welcoming staff can even arrange a tailored experience with a local expert based on your interests and tastes.

Sustainability Initiatives +

Ingrained in everything we do at Casa di Langa is a deep respect for our natural world and its sustainable future.

In 2024, Casa di Langa strengthened its commitment to sustainability by integrating responsible practices across its operations. The hotel obtained Green Globe certification and received the 100 Sustainable Hotels Award.

Its design emphasizes energy efficiency through natural insulation, geothermal systems, a biomass boiler, and photovoltaic panels covering about 20% of electricity needs, complemented by certified green energy. The property also supports sustainable mobility with 14 electric vehicle charging stations.

All guest rooms are plastic-free, and 100% of waste is recycled, resulting in a 23% reduction in overall waste. Circular practices include green-waste reuse and donation of blankets and uniforms to local organizations and schools. Sustainability extends to Fàula Restaurant, which uses energy-efficient induction cooking to minimize environmental impact and composting of food waste in the vegetable garden.

Come and visit us to experience the luxury of the simplicity of life in the Langhe.
