Bowmann is Paris distilled — Haussmannian bones, velvet and oak, a rooftop spa with the skyline laid out beneath you, and a Michelin-starred kitchen that earns its star without theatrics. This is for the guest who wants the city's architecture and its table, not its noise. If you're chasing late-night energy or a lobby scene, look elsewhere. But for two or three nights of Paris done with genuine restraint and seriousness, nothing about this address disappoints.
