Former monastery, courtyard garden, a kitchen cooking whatever the island hands them that week — Aethos Mallorca is Palma for people who find conventional hotels exhausting. The crowd skews creative, the pace is deliberately slow, and that's the whole point. Come for two or three nights if you want the city without the noise of it. Leave it alone if you're chasing a resort circuit — there's no sprawling spa, no pool bar theatre. This is a place that rewards stillness. Not everyone can handle that.
