Sirru Fen Fushi earns its seclusion with a vast private lagoon and Jason deCaires Taylor's underwater sculpture gallery beneath it, which alone justifies the journey. The Children's Village runs proper educational programming, making this genuinely rare: a resort where families and honeymooners coexist without either feeling shortchanged. Come for at least a week — anything less wastes the travel. If you want poolside cocktails and a DJ set, this lagoon will bore you into resentment.
