BACK TO THE SOURCE
Les Sources de Caudalie, located among the vineyards of Château Smith Haut Lafitte, a Graves great growth, was established in 1999. The concept behind Les Sources de Caudalie is inspired by the "French Paradox", discovered over 20 years ago. It refers to a study proving that the French diet and lifestyle, particularly in Southwest France, is conducive to good health. Between vineyards and forests, at only 20 minutes from Bordeaux center, the architect Yves Collet created from scratch contemporary buildings from recycled local materials in tune with the surroundings.
Alice and Jérôme Tourbier have managed Les Sources de Caudalie for the past twenty years in keeping with the values they hold dear: well-being, generosity, authenticity, high-quality service, and emotion. Welcome to a universe where everything is devoted to nature, taste and senses.
ROOMS AND SUITES
The 40 rooms and 21 suites are named and decorated in keeping with different facets of the Aquitaine region. The cottages also revolve around the region's rich, varied culture as reflected in paintings, antiques, and warm-colored fabrics.

LA GRAND'VIGNE: TWO MICHELIN STAR
Set in a former orangery, modelled on an ornamental, 18th-century glasshouse, La Grand'Vigne Michelin two-star restaurant invites you to savour the chef's brilliant, well-grounded cuisine.
LA TABLE DU LAVOIR
La Table du Lavoir serves delicious, unusual, bistro-style food with the finest seasonal products. In the 19th century, winegrower's wives would come here to use a wash house that has since been rebuilt stone by stone.
Open every day from noon to 2pm and from 7.30pm to 10pm.
ROUGE
Since Nicolas Masse’s cuisine is deeply anchored in the Aquitaine region, the wine bar ROUGE is the reflect of the South-West “terroir”.
Open every day from 10am to 10pm (in low season, open from Sunday to Thursday, 10am to 6pm, and on Friday and Saturday, 10am to 10pm)

Located in Les Sources de Caudalie, Caudalie’s Vinotherapie® Spa offers a Spa program of exclusive treatments in an environment of rare beauty. Hammam, Jacuzzi, in-door swimming pool, relaxation room and solarium overlooking the vineyards.
SPORT ACTIVITIES
Discover the sport activities offered indoors or in the middle of nature - a warmed outdoor swimming pool, an exceptional indoor pool, an outdoor Jacuzzi, the gym overlooks the vineyards, an outdoor tennis court, bikes to go for a stroll in the forest or to visit the nearby wineries, jogging trail in the private woods. A personal trainer can be booked.
WINE TOURS
Set off from Les Sources de Caudalie on foot, by bicycle, or by car to discover the neighbouring Great Growths in the Graves, as well as those in the Médoc, Sauternes, Pomerol, and Saint-Emilion…

There is something that we are very proud of here: our terroir. This fabulous land given by Mother Nature. We are very committed to protect this environment which we have enjoyed for 20 years. Recycling, reusing is our daily leitmotiv. No plastic or water over-use. Vegetables and eggs for restaurants are directly taken from our own garden and hobby farm…
