Five championship courses, a spa that earns its reputation, and a pool complex serious enough to justify the drive to Palm Beach Gardens — PGA National is built for people who came to play golf and mean it. The Honda Classic runs here for a reason. Skip it if your group is split between golfers and restless teenagers hunting nightlife; the resort doesn't pretend to be all things. But for two or three days of fairways and recovery, nothing in South Florida competes on this scale.
