Lastarria's best address sits inside a Belle Époque shell that Santiago's architecture scene still hasn't matched. Sixty-two rooms, a rooftop bar with city views worth the evening, and a neighborhood that rewards the curious — galleries, restaurants, and cultural weight all within walking distance. If you need a resort cocoon with a serious spa and a full gym, this isn't it. But for anyone who travels to actually be somewhere — and wants a drink above the Santiago skyline to prove it — two or three nights here is the right call.
