A restored 1903 conservatory that actually earns the word *stunning* — Nobis carries its bones well, with the kind of ceiling height that makes modern hotels look apologetic. Michelin-starred Niels is reason enough to book a second night, and Tivoli is essentially at the door. This is Copenhagen for people who want the city, not a buffer from it.
