Our take
Northwest Austin's tech corridor runs right through the front door here — that's either the point or the problem. The Renaissance earns its keep for the deal-closer crowd: serious meeting infrastructure, nature preserve trails to decompress between sessions, and The Arboretum on the doorstep. But if you flew in for Sixth Street, live music, and breakfast tacos at midnight, you're in the wrong zip code entirely. This is corporate Austin done with some grace — not the weird, wild city the bumper stickers promise.
