Our take
Seventy floors of Art Deco granite in the Financial District, and Mint House has carved out something genuinely useful inside it: apartment-style suites with real kitchens, real square footage, and none of the performative hotel theatre. This is the address for the executive on a three-week project or the nomad who needs a desk that doesn't face a wall. Come expecting autonomy. Leave if you want a spa, a bar, or anyone to fuss over you — that infrastructure simply doesn't exist here, and it was never the point.
