Perched at 2,000 metres on Oman's Green Mountain, this is where the canyon drops away beneath a cliff-edge infinity pool and you genuinely forget the rest of the world exists. The architecture earns its setting — rose-tinted stone, deliberate, unhurried. Come here to do almost nothing, spectacularly. If you need a beach, a marina, or a reason to dress up after dark, this isn't your answer — the isolation is the entire point. Two or three nights of pure altitude and silence, done right.
