Skyway-connected and sharp-suited, Hotel Ivy owns the Minneapolis winter problem before you even unpack. The historic bones are real, the Zagame's spa credentials are earned, and the Luxury Collection tag isn't decorative here. Two or three nights works perfectly — long enough to actually use the city, short enough that the boutique scale never feels limiting. Come for a cultural run or a serious business trip. If you want sprawling pool decks and resort acreage, Minneapolis isn't your answer, and neither is this.
