- Hot water and air conditioning are produced by heat pumps with zero emissions. The kitchen is equipped with an electrical load control system that allows it to run with only 150W against a nominal consumption value of 350W. It is also equipped with a "Tri- generative" system: the motors generate heat and do not disperse it into the environment but turn it into domestic water. The kitchen also has an aspirating ceiling that during the night releases ozone into the rooms and allows total sanitization of the rooms and equipment. The production of ozone occurs through a mechanical and non-chemical process, by contact of the air with electrical discharges.
