Thirty rooms inside a genuine 18th-century château, Michelin-starred table, gardens that take the afternoon seriously — Audrieu earns its reputation without trying. This is Normandy for people who read the wine list before the room rate. Come for two or three nights of unhurried France: long lunches, gravel paths, silence that costs nothing extra. If you need a pool, a kids' club, or anything resembling a scene after nine o'clock, this isn't your château. It is, however, exactly someone else's idea of perfection.
