Special solutions, make the Resort truly unique, such as the use of power instead of methane for installations, the productions of clean energy through a heat exchanger by drawing water from the Lake or adjustable air conditioning system in each suite and residential suite room.

We are committed to eliminate all single use plastic, from the back to the front of the house.
We’ve eliminated all plastic bottles using now bio bottles 100% recyclable; in the offices alluminium water bottles only.
The courtesy car to drive guests to the picturesque and close village of Torno and the historical center of Como is an electric Tesla and a hybrid boat is under production.
A herb and vegetable garden is already in use at the resort and will be implemented to provide “farm-to-table” ingredients for both restaurants.
Partnernship a non-profit association, including refugees in our team as interns in 2019 and fully employed in 2020.
We’re close to sign an agreement with a non-profit Lake Como conservancy organization dedicated to the preservation of lake waters, environment and wildlife.
