In February 2023, Mii amo reopened after a two-year pause for renovation and expansion. We invite you to explore all the reimagined Mii amo has to offer.
New gathering spaces are designed to connect guests to the natural surroundings. Spa facilities now include 26 treatment and consultation rooms with spa services unique to the Mii amo experience. The new Fitness and Movement Studios offer 50+ weekly classes including cardio, strength training, as well as yoga. Hummingbird, the new signature restaurant, showcases an eclectic culinary program focused on wellness, a cornerstone of the Journey experience. Designed to be an airy, light-filled space by day and a tranquil, candlelit space by night, the restaurant sources seasonal produce from its own Chef’s Garden as well as from nearby farms, ranches, and orchards.

Sustainability Initiatives +
Our Commitment to Sustainability:
- REDUCING CULINARY WASTE: Hummingbird at Mii amo partners with a local farm to compost the restaurant’s food scraps, reducing waste and returning valuable nutrients back to the soil. Composted food scraps are also fed to the chickens and ducks who in turn provide the restaurant with eggs, further enhancing our eco-responsible model. All take away containers, to go cups and utensils are made from compostable materials.
- HYDRATION: In partnership with the non-profit organization Join the Pipe, each guest is gifted a reusable water bottle made from biodegradable sugarcane. Join the Pipe provides clean drinking water in developing countries by supporting clean-up projects, reducing plastic waste, tackling plastic pollution at the source, and providing healthier living conditions to communities in need.
