Susona Bodrum, LXR Hotels & Resorts is located on the southwestern Aegean coast of Turkey, in the heart of the Turkish Riviera. The hotel is located near Torba, an exclusive enclave perfectly placed for visiting the town of Bodrum, nearby picturesque fishing villages, and plenty of islands and inlets, as well as in close proximity to Milas-Bodrum International Airport.
The hotel is named after a legendary aquatic creature in Turkish Mythology, which has the upper body of a female human and the tail of a fish and known as “Mermaid”. A SIGNATURE DISH OF MALVA: LIONFISH CEVICHE
Malva Restaurant has been granted the "Best Locally Sourced Produced" menu award in Eastern Europe by the World Luxury Restaurant Awards. One of the signature dishes of Malva "Lionfish Ceviche" is based on a local story. Lionfishes are seen as a threat in the Mediterranean Sea because they eat other valuable fishes. Malva offers a must try signature dish "Lionfish Ceviche” to support the ecosystem, the local fishermen, and their products.
