There are 370 luxurious guest rooms and suites including 62 one-bedroom suites, four Theme Suites and one Peninsula Suite. Each features the latest state-of-the-art technology to meet the needs of the most discerning business traveller and has a stunning river view with an oversized executive work desk, dual-line dataport and fax machine, voice mail, cable/satellite TV, laser/video/CD player, and an in-room safe.

The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels, Limited is committed to being a good steward of the natural resources and biodiversity under its influence and aspires to achieve a long term goal of only consuming nature’s resources in a sustainable manner. To ensure that our operational needs are not met at the expense of exploiting the world’s forest resources, we will:
1. procure paper product from environmentally committed and transparent sources, making preference to sources certified by Forest Stewardship Council1 (FSC) when availability, quality and financial considerations allow; otherwise, preference will be given to product certified by credible regional or local forest management certification schemes;
2. Rationalise the consumption of paper product; and
3. Recycle appropriately.
We also stopped serving shark fin at all operations, effective since 1 January 2012 and implemented structured water and waste management guide.
