- Bike Riding: There are endless trails to bike along in Half Moon Bay. One of the most popular is the California Coastal Trail (CCT), a statewide project that, upon completion, will span 1,200 miles of California coastline. The CCT is comprised of numerous trails that extend from Mexico to the Oregon border. The local trail in Half Moon Bay continues for over 11 miles in one direction

Bed linens are changed every other day and towels are only replaced upon request.
Mobile check-in is available to reduce the need for plastic room keys.
Culinary Practices:
Implementation of an aggressive, property-wide recycling and composting program.
Over 80% of ingredients sourced from local vendors including Ouroboros Farms, Farmer John, Small Batch Jam Co., Columbus Craft Meats and Harley Farms.
All seafood served in restaurants is sustainably sourced and strictly follows the Monterey Bay Aquarium’s Seafood Watch program.
When feasible, excess food and beverage items are donated to the local community.

Glass water bottles are exclusively offered in all event spaces, guestrooms, and restaurants.
State-of-the-art drip and bubbler irrigation system to maintain resort grounds, which reduces water consumption by over 10%.
The resort has replaced approximately 4,800 square feet of traditional turf grass with a drought tolerant, no maintenance grass. As the resort completes renovation projects it continues to incorporate drought tolerant types of plant material.
