Grands Boulevards at your doorstep, vintage bones dressed in something sharper — the Pulitzer Paris rewards guests who know the 9th and want to live inside it rather than photograph it from a tour bus. Two or three nights here, theatre-hopping and eating well, makes complete sense. Come for the neighbourhood, the design, the intimacy.
