Overview
Park Hyatt New York is the global flagship of the Park Hyatt brand, featuring 211 luxurious guest rooms including 93 premier suites nestled within the first 25 floors of the 90-story One57 skyscraper designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Christian de Portzamparc. The hotel's palatial guest rooms offer among the largest entry-room size of any luxury hotel in New York City at 475 square feet with a majority of deluxe rooms spanning 530 square feet.
World-renowned interior design firm, Yabu Pushelberg, created the vision for the hotel's interior design, inspired by New York's most illustrious Upper East Side homes. In keeping with the residential feel of the hotel, each guest room is experienced as a series of chambers, with dedicated spaces for sleeping, dressing, resting, and working, defined by unique architectural screens and custom walnut millwork. Partnering with New York City icon Carnegie Hall, Park Hyatt New York offers guests a culturally authentic experience. The hotel has also partnered with luxury brand, Le Labo, to offer guests one-of-a-kind custom bath amenities.
On the 25th floor, the hotel features a sun-drenched three-story aerie wrapped in blue and gold Alexis Azure stone and a pool with underwater speakers piping in a custom soundtrack from Carnegie Hall. The hotel’s signature spa, Spa Nalai, features bespoke treatments designed to restore and rejuvenate. A story of beauty and three generations of hair heritage as told by the creator of the ‘Ferretti Invisible Haircut’, the Rossano Ferretti Hairspa is located on the 8th floor of the hotel. This stunning full-service salon features Italian haircare, state-of-the-art equipment, and the full Rossano Ferretti haircare retail line providing guests with the unique Rossano Ferretti experience from start to finish.
Guests can also enjoy world-class dining and craft cocktails in The Living Room, the hotel's contemporary American restaurant that overlooks the historic Carnegie Hall.
