Le Tahiti by Pearl Resorts earns its place for honeymooners and the genuinely nature-obsessed who want Lafayette Beach at their feet and a spa steeped in actual Tahitian ritual, not a hotel-chain approximation of one. Sunsets here are obscenely good and entirely unshared. Come for the stillness.
