Working with Alp

How a trip comes together.

Two ways to work with us. A hotel booking — perks attached, no fee. Or a trip designed from scratch — every component handled, one clear retainer at the start.

The quick route

Booking a specific hotel

You have a hotel in mind — or a shortlist. Send us the details. We check availability, attach whatever Virtuoso, Marriott STARS, Hyatt Privé or Fora Reserve benefits apply, and send a quote with every perk listed. Confirm and we book it. No fee. We earn commission from the property; your rate matches or beats what you would find direct.

The full service

Designing a trip — six steps.

For trips built from scratch — multi-city itineraries, family travel, milestone journeys — we work through six steps. Most trips move from first conversation to confirmed bookings within a week.

01

Tell us about your trip

Fill in our planning form — six short questions, about four minutes. Or WhatsApp us directly. Dates, who is coming, what a great trip looks like to you, a rough budget. The more specific you are, the sharper the first draft.

02

Design retainer

Before any itinerary work begins, we ask for a design retainer. This confirms your slot, covers research and planning time, and applies as a full credit when hotel bookings clear the threshold below.

Couple1–2 travellers ₹20,000 Credit above ₹3,00,000 hotel spend
Family3–6 travellers ₹38,000 Credit above ₹6,00,000 hotel spend
Group7 or more ₹65,000 Credit above ₹10,00,000 hotel spend

03

First itinerary draft

Within two to four days: a complete itinerary. Hotels we would stay in ourselves, pacing that makes sense, a route that uses your time well. Not a template — built around your specific trip. Flights, transfers and experiences included where relevant.

04

Refinement

One or two rounds of feedback. Swap a hotel, adjust the pace, add a private dinner or an early excursion. When the itinerary is right, we move to confirmations.

05

Everything confirmed

Hotels booked with preferred-programme perks applied. Flights on your preferred carriers. Transfers arranged, experiences reserved, visa documentation handled. You receive a single trip brief — every confirmation, arrival note and contact in one document.

06

You travel. We are available.

Our number stays on your WhatsApp for the duration. A hotel issue, a missed connection, a restaurant recommendation — we are reachable. When you are back, we would like to hear how it went.

What the retainer covers

One fee. Everything in it.

The retainer is not a booking fee. It is payment for planning work that happens before any supplier is contacted. When your hotels clear the threshold, it becomes a credit — effectively free for most full-length trips.

Common questions

A few things people ask.

Can you match prices on Booking.com?

Not always — and we will not pretend otherwise. On preferred-partner properties we offer rate parity plus benefits you cannot book direct: breakfast, a hotel credit, an upgrade when available. On properties outside our programmes, the rate may be comparable or slightly higher. The difference is what wraps around the booking: the service, the support, the perks structure.

Does the retainer apply to short or simple trips?

The retainer applies to full trip design — itineraries with multiple components. A single hotel booking or a two-night stay is the quick route: complimentary, commission-based. The retainer is for trips where the planning work is real and substantive.

What if I pay the retainer but decide not to book?

The retainer covers design work, which is delivered regardless of whether you proceed. It is non-refundable. You keep the itinerary. If you come back months later and want to book from the same document, the credit still applies at that point.

How does family or multi-generational travel work?

The same way — we handle everything, including connecting rooms, accessible transfers and child configurations. The retainer is higher for larger groups because the work is proportionally more: more visas, more flights, more logistics to coordinate. We have planned trips for families of twelve. The process is the same; we need more lead time.
